College of Rock[]

Edgy rockstar

"Alright! Let's ROCK AND ROLL!"

Bards of the College of Rock dedicate themselves to living their lives more destructively, loudly, and proudly. Their music is loud enough to break eardrums, their voices rude enough to bring tears with just a word, and their attitudes rough enough to scare even the hardiest of orcs. While most bard colleges might focus on the bard playing music or learning more support-like abilities, the College of Rock teaches bards how to kick ass, and look good while doing it.

Bonus Proficiencies[]

When you join the College of Rock at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor and shields.

Instrument of Destruction[]

Also at 3rd level, your instruments are more than just tools of music, when they are in your hands. If you spend an hour with any instrument you have proficiency with as a ritual, you can bind it as an Instrument of Destruction. Instruments of Destruction have the same stats of a rapier (if they are large enough they are two-handed but keep the finesse property of rapier) and deal thunder damage, you cannot be disarmed of it unless you are incapacitated. At 14th level, the attacks are counted as magical, and has the Versatile (d10) property, automatically making two-handed instruments d10.

Powerchord[]

At 6th level, you can expend one of your Bardic Inspiration dice, forcing all hostile targets in a 30 ft. sphere centered on you to make a DC (10 + your Charisma modifier + your Proficiency bonus) Constitution saving throw, taking 2d(inspiration die size) + your Charisma modifier thunder damage on a failed save, or half on a successful one. At 14th level, the damage increases to 3d(inspiration die size + 2) + your Charisma modifier, and if it reduces a target to 0 hit points, all allied targets within 30 ft. of the target reduced to 0 hit points receive half of a bardic inspiration die. This works just like a regular bardic inspiration die, however the die is only half the size of your current die size.

Silver Tongue[]

At 14th level, you can cast vicious mockery at-will. If it was already a Cantrip you knew, it no longer counts towards your cantrips known, allowing you to choose another. Targets harmed by your vicious mockery are forced to scream loudly (your choice of how they do so, but the preferred is with headbanging like a metalhead), damaging 6 targets of your choice that can hear them within 15 ft. of them for double the psychic damage dealt, as thunder damage.

Extra Attack[]

Starting at 14th level, whenever you take the attack action on your turn, you may make another attack.
